The Castle building has been documented since the 12th century, during which it was the center of the Barony of Rodonyà. The rehabilitation of this space allowed the main rooms of the building to be recovered and turned into a museum, and currently the Rodonyà Castle has become a prominent element of the Alt Camp's cultural heritage.
