La Bajoca is a network of consumer groups in Camp de Tarragona located in Valls, Tarragona, La Canonja and Vila-seca, where the direct relationship between producer and consumer is paramount. Its objective is to access local products that respecte the natural and social environment, at affordable and fair prices for producers.

We work on the local sale of agri-food form the land or livestock, or the result of a processiong or transformation process that agricultural producers carry out in favor of the final consumer, directly or through the intervention of a person intermediary.

Producers: adhere and use the seal. Adherence to local sales is done through the single agricultural declaration. La Bajoca has several suppliers affiliated to local sales.

Members: to be able to consume in La Bajoca you have to become a member of one of the local entities of each of the mentioned municipalities. In this way, you can make weekly orders through the online store, and every thursday are collected at the Casal o Ateneo of the muncipality.
