The charm of Farena led to the construction of what we currently know as Ca l'Avi in ​​1897. A house intended for family use, where also at that time it was a meeting place for the people of the town.

Over time it has been used as a place for family gatherings and as a second home to enjoy nature and rest.

Ca l'Avi has been renovated in 2020 maintaining the initial structure, with small updates to make it more comfortable, always respecting the charm of the town.
