In our Ardidam Slow Food restaurant we serve organic dishes from the garden, seasonal and local products. Our commitment to the environment leads us to a kitchen as part of the Km0 project. We also achieved that 80% of the energy needed in the hotel is renewable such as biomass, solar thermal and insulation through green roofs.

Visit our Natural Paddock, the largest Paddock Paradise in Europe, where you can meet our horses. We currently have 15 Ha where our horses live in herds, free and happy. We offer the opportunity to create a personal connection with these magnificent beings and benefit from a unique experience!
