The Pla de Santa Maria area has a large concentration of dry stone buildings, buildings that defy the passage of time, and which are the testimony of a bygone era.

Stone as the only material to separate estates, to trace paths, to provide shelter to take advantage of water,... to do the maximum with the minimum.

The Ruta de la Capona allows you to discover a magnificent and surprising environment, past and heritage, showing the visitor the art of stone and the beauty of the place. You have to contemplate everything: the buildings, the stones, the details, the plants, the crops, the trees, the colors, the shapes... and let yourself be seduced.
